# Business Prices

> Business license fees, property costs, weekly utilities, and estimated recurring BBA costs by license class.

The **Bureau of Business Affairs (BBA)** establishes standard licensing, property, and utility costs for businesses operating within San Andreas.

Pricing is based on the size, economic impact, and development requirements of each business class.

# Business License Fees

Every licensed business must pay an initial licensing fee when approved.

Afterward, the license must be renewed monthly.

### Initial License Cost

The **Initial License Cost** is a one-time payment made when the business license is first approved.

### Monthly Renewal Fee

The **Monthly Renewal Fee** is paid each month to maintain an active Business License.

Business licenses renew on the:

**1st of each month**

# Business Property Costs

Business property is priced separately from the Business License.

The following amounts represent the **starting price** for property within each license class.

| **Class B**   |          \$75,000+ |
| **Class C**   |          \$25,000+ |

The final cost may increase depending on:

* Property location
* Building size
* Included equipment
* Existing construction
* Custom interiors
* Development requirements
* Business functionality
* Economic value

# Weekly Utility Fees

Businesses are also responsible for recurring utility expenses.

Utility fees are automatically withdrawn every:

**Sunday**

For easier budgeting, the following table combines the monthly license renewal with approximately four weeks of utilities.

Prospective owners should consider more than the initial purchase price.
