# Dynasty 8 Realtors

Dynasty 8 Realtors serves as the State-authorized real estate authority within San Andreas. Its mission is to regulate property sales, rentals, and ownership transfers while maintaining a stable, fair, and roleplay-driven housing market for all citizens.

Within Dynasty 8 Realtors, there are two primary operational divisions:<br />Residential Real Estate<br />Commercial & Special Properties

#### **About Residential Real Estate**

**Primary Responsibility:**<br />Residential properties including apartments, houses, and multi-unit dwellings.<br />Realtors manage listings, sales, rentals, and ownership transfers for private citizens.

**Market Oversight:**<br />Ensuring pricing aligns with property size, location, and intended use.<br />Preventing market abuse, shell ownership, or unrealistic property inflation.

**Special Functions:**<br />Facilitating long-term rentals and lease agreements.<br />Managing ownership changes during character transitions or storyline events.

#### **About Commercial & Special Properties**

**Primary Responsibility:**<br />Commercial buildings, business-owned properties, and special-use locations.<br />Coordination with the Bureau of Business Affairs and Department of Justice when applicable.

**Extended Authority:**<br />Handling mixed-use properties and government-approved developments.<br />Supporting state-sanctioned enterprises and public-facing locations.

**Special Functions:**<br />Property valuation for large-scale operations.<br />Coordination during business sales, seizures, or restructuring.

#### **Realtor Conduct & Expectations**

All Dynasty 8 Realtors are expected to:<br />Operate professionally and impartially in all transactions.<br />Support meaningful roleplay tied to property ownership.<br />Respect state laws, agency coordination, and housing regulations.

Dynasty 8 Realtors reserves the right to deny listings, revoke ownership, or restrict access when property use undermines server balance or roleplay quality.
