# Utility Fees

> Recurring business utility costs, payment schedules, delinquency, bankruptcy, and owner responsibilities.

Businesses in San Andreas are responsible for maintaining the recurring costs associated with their operation. Utility fees represent the ongoing expenses of running a licensed business and are part of the normal cost of business ownership.

# Payment Schedule

Businesses may have recurring costs collected through two regular payment schedules.

# Failed Payments

* Bankruptcy in prolonged or serious cases

A single failed payment does not necessarily mean immediate loss of the business.

A business that remains unable to meet its financial obligations may eventually be considered:
