Find VPN Access
Locate a way to obtain or craft a VPN so you can access additional criminal opportunities.
Find WiFi
If you don’t have another source of internet access, businesses throughout the city may provide WiFi access.
Build Your Operation
Progress through the system, earn experience, unlock opportunities, and eventually work toward owning a laboratory.
Don’t Expect Everything to Be Handed to You
Part of criminal progression is finding people, locations, equipment, and information through roleplay.Talk to people. Build connections. Ask questions in character.The Laptop
Once you have access to a laptop and the required connection, you’ll begin seeing opportunities to purchase equipment and expand your operation. As you progress, additional options may become available. Eventually, established criminals may gain access to more advanced operations such as drug laboratories.

The drug system is designed to give your character something to work toward. Progression may include:- Finding suppliers

Bigger Operations Should Feel Earned
Laboratories represent a significant step forward in your character’s criminal progression.Build toward them rather than treating them as something your character should immediately own.Cannabis
Cannabis operates differently from many other drug systems. Under current in-character San Andreas law, limited personal cultivation may be permitted under certain circumstances. There are still restrictions. Having permission to grow cannabis does not automatically allow your character to package or distribute it.Personal Use Rules
Maximum Plants
You may grow up to 3 plants at one time when properly permitted.
Permit Required
Your character must have the appropriate permit for legal personal cultivation.
Personal Use
Legal cultivation is intended for your character’s personal use.
No Packaging Materials
Packaging materials are not covered by the personal-use cultivation allowance.
Possessing legally grown cannabis does not necessarily make every related activity legal.Refer to the current San Andreas laws for the exact in-character legal standard.

Moonshine is different from a simple NPC-selling loop. NPCs will not automatically buy your product. That means your character needs to create the demand. You may need to:- Build relationships
- Find customers
- Create a recognizable product
- Market your moonshine through roleplay
- Establish repeat buyers
- Supply parties or events
- Work with businesses or organizations
- Develop a reputation for quality
Quality Matters
Not every batch needs to become your character’s masterpiece. Experimentation and progression are part of the system. Your character may need time to learn how to consistently create the product they want.Build Your Brand
A successful moonshine operation doesn’t have to be the biggest.It needs people who actually want the product.Give it a name. Build a reputation. Find regular customers. Make people recognize your character’s product.Build an Empire, Don’t Rush One
Drug roleplay becomes much more interesting when there’s a story behind the operation.- Maybe your character starts alone.

Develop a Reputation
Let people learn who your character is and what they’re known for.
Accept the Risk
Bigger operations create bigger opportunities — and potentially bigger consequences.
