Robbery Limits
House robberies use several limits to keep jobs distributed throughout the city.These limits are handled by the robbery system automatically. Once a limit or reset applies, you’ll need to wait for the system to make additional opportunities available.
What Do I Need?
Different parts of a house can require different tools. You may not need every item for every robbery, but arriving prepared can determine what you’re actually able to steal once you’re inside.- Blue Lockpick

The Blue Lockpick is your primary tool for gaining entry into houses that require forced access.
Break Chances
Groups Are Required
Before starting a house robbery, you’ll need to use the Groups App on your phone. This applies even when you’re planning to work alone.A Group Is Required
You must create or join a group before participating in house robberies — even if you’re doing the job solo.The maximum group size is 5 players.Step 1 — Download the Groups App

Choose Your Approach
You don’t have to find houses the same way every time. There are several approaches available, ranging from simply scouting houses yourself to bribing people for information or accessing criminal opportunities through other systems.Different approaches are intended to give criminals multiple ways to find opportunities.You don’t need to use the same method every time.

Each method has its own police requirement and progression information.The Door Approach
Want to find your own target? You can attempt to rob any eligible house without receiving information from another source first. The tradeoff is preparation.Door Approach

The Maid Approach
Sometimes the person with the best information is someone who’s already been inside. A maid can be bribed to perform requests or provide information about houses where she works.Maid Approach

Maid Intel
Because the maid is providing direct information about the property, you do not need to scout the house afterward.
The Valet Approach
Valet attendants spend their time around people with money. That can make them useful sources of information. Bribe a valet attendant and you may be able to obtain information about luxurious houses.Valet Approach

The Locksmith Approach
Locksmiths work on houses all across the city. Some of them may be willing to sell information they probably shouldn’t. Bribe the right locksmith and you may be able to obtain access information for a property they’ve worked on before.Locksmith Approach

The Payphone Approach
Some jobs don’t come from a person standing around waiting for criminals. You’ll first need to obtain the appropriate phone number. Once you have it, locate a payphone and make the call.Payphone Approach

The Hacking Approach
Prefer something a little more technical? The hacking method allows you to obtain information through the real-estate system. You’ll need the proper equipment before you can start.Hacking Approach

Hacking Information
The process begins through the Real Estate Office, where information can be accessed before purchasing additional details through the criminal network.
Because the information has already been gathered through the system, you do not need to scout the property afterward.
Scouting Houses
Some robbery approaches require you to scout the target before the house can be robbed. Scouting represents your character gathering the information needed before committing to the job.Scouting Is Required For

Why Scout?
