Primary Authority:
Identifying properties eligible for foreclosure due to non-payment, abandonment, inactivity, or legal violations.
Maintaining documented records of all enforcement actions.
Notice & Escalation:
Issuing formal warnings and foreclosure notices through in-character processes.
Managing grace periods and final enforcement thresholds.
Special Functions:
Executing property repossession and ownership removal.
Securing foreclosed assets pending resale or reassignment.

About Asset Recovery & Resale

Primary Responsibility:
Reintroducing foreclosed properties into the housing market.
Resetting ownership, pricing, and availability.
Market Control:
Preventing asset hoarding or repeated foreclosure abuse.
Ensuring fair redistribution of reclaimed properties.
Special Functions:
Coordinating with Dynasty 8 Realtors for resale and relisting.
Supporting DOJ actions tied to court-ordered seizures or penalties.

Authority & Inter-Agency Cooperation

Maze Bank Foreclosures maintains the authority to:
Seize properties without compensation when conditions are met.
Coordinate with the Department of Justice and law enforcement when enforcement requires escalation.
All foreclosure actions are expected to be documented, justified, and roleplay-supported.
Failure to comply with foreclosure rulings may result in permanent loss of property access.

This will remain closed to staff and only used when seizing property back via BBA Agents.
